Overview

The Reports section allows the user to generate and view 10 reports.

The reports are titled:

Report Descriptions

  • GTA/CHA/EPA Totals
    • This Report details the GTA/CHA/EPA amounts for each Local Government for the calculation year. In addition, it aggregates the amounts by region.
  • GTA Cost History Details
    • This report lists the total submitted cost figure for the six years used to calculate GTA for the selected calculation year for each Local Government. In addition, it includes the three- and six-year cost averages.
  • GTA/CHA/EPA Quarterly Payments
    • This report lists the GTA/CHA/EPA quarterly payments to each Local Government for the selected calculation year and quarter. In addition, it aggregates the GTA amounts by region.
  • CHA Processing Summary
    • This report lists the information used to calculate CHA and a summary of the results for the selected calculation year.
  • CHA Details
    • This report lists the detailed results of the CHA calculation by Local Government for the selected calculation year.
  • Computed Penalty Aids for Late Filers
    • This report lists the penalty amount calculated for Local Governments that filed their cost data late for the selected calculation year.
  • Local Government Details
    • This report lists changes to Local Governments, including the addition and inactivation of records, within a specified date range.
  • GTA Quarterly Payments Detail
    • This report summarizes payment amounts by aid program, payment method and CVT type for the selected calculation year and quarter. It also lists the amount of each Local Government’s payment.
  • GTA/CHA Fiscal Reconciliation
    • This report reconciles the municipality and county GTA quarterly payments that were computed during the annual calculation process (using the statutory calendar year distribution amounts) to the corresponding fiscal year appropriations for the selected calculation year. It also reconciles the CHA quarterly payments that were calculated using the fiscal year appropriation to the corresponding fiscal year appropriations for the selected calculation year. (There is no statutory calendar year distribution amount for CHA.)
  • GTA Submitted Costs
    • This report lists by eligible Linecode the expenditures, deductible revenue, and calculated total submitted costs for a Local Government for either the estimate or the final cost submissions for the selected calculation year.

    • User can select a To date
    • This field is enabled based on the requirements of the report selected
